The ideal Madhūka icing for your Madhūka cakes.
- 125 g Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 200 g Icing sugar
- 2 tbsp Madhūka Powder
- 1 Lime, zest and 2 tsp juice
- Beat together the cream cheese and butter.
- Add most of the lime zest and the juice.
- Finally, stir in the icing sugar and Madhūka Powder. Keep adding more icing sugar until the icing seems thick enough to sit on top of the cake without sliding off.
