Buttercream Icing

The ideal Madhūka icing for your Madhūka cakes.

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 200 g Icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp Madhūka Powder
  • 1 Lime, zest and 2 tsp juice

Instructions
 

  • Beat together the cream cheese and butter.
  • Add most of the lime zest and the juice.
  • Finally, stir in the icing sugar and Madhūka Powder. Keep adding more icing sugar until the icing seems thick enough to sit on top of the cake without sliding off.
  • We think this is perfect with our gooey courgette and pistachio cupcakes!
