Ingredients
  

For the cake

  • 1.5 cup Gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup Plant-based milk (e.g., Almond)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Madhūka Nibs

For the topping

Instructions
 

  • Blend all of the ingredients together.
  • Place chocolate in the center and spoon the batter on top.
  • Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
