
Salmon Rice Bowl
A super healthy, tasty balanced recipe that is packed with protein and fibre.
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 150 g Brown rice
- 1 Avocado
- 100 g Cucumber
- 4 Tomatoes
- Handful of rocket leaves
For the marinade
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Madhūka Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Hot sauce
Instructions
- Cook the brown rice for 12-15 minutes or until soft.
- At the same time, combine the olive oil, chilli flakes, garlic powder, paprika, hot sauce, and Madhūka Powder. Add the salmon and stir until thoroughly coated.
- Add 1 tsp oil to a pan and add the salmon, cooking on a medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Assemble your bowl with the rice, chopped salad ingredients and the cooked salmon.
- Top with chives (optional) and season with salt and pepper.
