We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 10:00 the same working day. Orders placed after 10:00 will be shipped the next working day.

We always try to deliver goods within the timeframes shown on our website but please note that sometimes things happen outside of our control, which may impact our ability to do this. The delivery timings refer to normal working days and exclude bank holidays.

Delivery costs

All UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail and those over £30 are eligible for free delivery. Orders below £30 have a standard delivery cost of £3.50.

At this point in time, we are only able to deliver within the UK.

What happens if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?

We do not take responsibility if delivery fails because you are not available to receive the order. However, our shipping partner, Royal Mail, will allow you to rearrange your delivery or alternatively, allow you to collect from your local sorting office.

We have a 30-day return policy for all our products. This means that you have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return, send it back to us and for us to acknowledge receipt of the return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in the same condition in which you received it. You will also need a receipt as proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at contact@oforest.co . We will email you a return shipping label for you to print at home, as well as instructions on where to send the package. Please note that you will have to pay the shipping cost for any returns.

Whilst we do not possess the Fairtrade trademark, we work directly with local producers ensuring that they receive fixed contracts that are above the market rate. Additional information about our sourcing practices and wider social impact can be found here.

Yes, all of our products are completely vegan. Additional nutritional information can be found on the individual product pages.

We appreciate that every body is unique and that we all have different dietary requirements and tolerances. Our products are free from all the 14 main allergen groups, including gluten, dairy and nuts. For more information on our allergen testing please see our food safety standards question below. All of our products have met the food safety testing requirements as set out by the UK Food Standards Agency (FSA). Where we have stated a specific claim about a product on the safety/benefits/nutritional content of the products, evidence is available to substantiate this.

All testing includes mandatory testing which includes tests for microbiological (for the identification of Salmonella, Listeria and E.coli), allergen (including gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide, sulphites, and tree nuts) and nutritional content. We have also carried out extensive additional testing which includes tests for mycotoxins, pesticides, and heavy metals.

We are deeply committed to respecting your privacy. Therefore, we only collect data that is necessary to fulfil the required services offered by our business.
