Returns & refunds policy

 

We hope that you love every product you receive from us. However, we understand that you might need to return it for various reasons.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Please note than any products purchased as gifts must be returned by the original purchaser. 

Returns 

If you have received your product but would like to return it, please follow the instructions below. Do note that the product must be unopened with all the packaging full intact. You will also need a receipt as proof of purchase: 

Email us at contact@oforest.co  and include your order number, name, and your reason for the return. You should then mail your product to:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What if the product is damaged or faulty? 

Please contact us immediately if your items are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. To do so email us at contact@oforest.co – include your order number, name and as much detailed information as possible about the issue. 

We will resolve the issue for you by either sending out a replacement product or providing you with a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet please first check your bank account again. We then recommend that you contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
